Mr. Durraffourd
'Mr. Durraffourd' was produced in the 60-year-old abandoned but breathtaking Durraffourd building in Ain el Mreisseh, Beirut. The requirements of this course were to explore and incorporate the building, its rooms and its props into our animation. Each frame has been painted on the wall and/or shelves of this room, photographed, and then painted over to leave a clean(ish) canvas for the next one. This project was part of the Durraffourd Mon Amour animation at the Beirut Animation Festival 2009.
